1. Products & Orders

  • We sell women's apparel and footwear: knitted sweaters, long dresses, and flat shoes.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots. These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Knitted Sweaters & Long Dresses (Textile Safety):

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Follow care instructions to maintain fabric integrity.

  • Not intended for use as protective clothing.

For Flat Shoes (Footwear Safety):

  • Use shoes for their intended purpose.

  • Replace shoes when outsoles show significant wear.

  • Ensure proper fit to prevent blisters and foot strain.

3. FTC Labeling Compliance
Our products comply with:

  • Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (15 U.S.C. § 70) – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer name

  • 16 CFR Part 303 – labeling requirements

  • 16 CFR Part 423 – care labeling (permanent label sewn into garment)

  • Country of origin is clearly disclosed (e.g., "Made in China," "Imported")

5. California Proposition 65 Warning

All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., allergic reactions, improper fit, damage from improper care, injuries from shoe misuse).
