Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of apparel and footwear, please review this policy carefully.

Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Flat shoes must be tried on only on clean, carpeted surfaces (no sole wear).

Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Knitted sweaters, long dresses, or flat shoes that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use.

  • Items with removed tags, stains, odors (perfume, smoke), or pet hair.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

Return Process for Eligible Unworn Items

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be in original shoebox.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Size & Color Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and fabric dye lots, actual colors may vary slightly. Size charts are provided – please measure before ordering. These variations are not considered defects.
