1. How long does shipping take?

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of knitted sweaters do you offer?
We offer crewneck, turtleneck, cardigan, and oversized knitted sweaters – in cotton, wool, acrylic, and blended yarns. Sizes: XS-XXL.

5. What types of long dresses do you offer?
We offer maxi dresses, long-sleeve knit dresses, and casual long dresses – in cotton, polyester, viscose, and wool blends. Available in various sizes.

6. What types of flat shoes do you offer?
We offer ballet flats, loafers, mules, and slip-on sneakers – in leather, faux leather, canvas, and suede. Sizes: US 5-11 (including half sizes).

7. How do I find my size?
We provide detailed size charts on each product page. For sweaters and dresses, measure bust, waist, and hips. For shoes, measure foot length (in inches or cm) and refer to size conversion chart.

8. How do I care for my knitted sweater?

  • Wool/Cashmere: Hand wash cold with mild detergent; lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

  • Cotton/Acrylic: Machine wash cold gentle cycle; tumble dry low.

  • Avoid: Bleach, fabric softener, and hanging wet (can stretch).

9. How do I care for my long dress?
Follow care label – typically machine wash cold gentle cycle; tumble dry low or line dry. Do not bleach.

10. How do I care for my flat shoes?

  • Leather/Faux leather: Wipe with damp cloth; use conditioner periodically.

  • Canvas: Spot clean with mild soap; air dry.

  • Suede: Use suede brush; protect with spray.

  • Store in dust bag away from direct sunlight.

11. Are your products compliant with U.S. regulations?
Yes. All products comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability of clothing textiles) – Class 1 (normal flammability)

  • FTC Textile Fiber Products Identification Act – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer

  • FTC Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423) – permanent care instructions

  • CPSIA – for children's products (if applicable), lead and phthalate limits, tracking labels

  • California Proposition 65 – warnings for listed chemicals where applicable

12. What is California Proposition 65?
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm (e.g., certain dyes, metal components in zippers/buttons, leather tanning chemicals).
